Order Processing

All orders are processed within one (1) business day. Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST) to be processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not offer free shipping.

International Orders

We ship to the Dominican Republic and Colombia. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We stand behind every order. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

Reporting Deadline: You must report any issues within 72 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking information to qualify for a free replacement.

For large orders, shipping insurance may be available upon request.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

PO Box Delivery

Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes within the United States and Puerto Rico.
